A little information about who we are
Founded in 1982, Malone Electric Inc. was a modest company in it's earlier days, catering to the many electrical needs in the area and surrounding counties. Specializing in custom home new construction and renovation, the company branched out as it grew into the commercial and industrial sector. Many relationships were formed with well-known builders and businesses, who utilize the talents of the company today, to succeed with thier endeavours.

In 2004, the business was sold to Jay DePotter and Ray Murdock in April of that year, and the name was upgraded to Malone Electrical Solutions, LLC.

Jay DePotter, earned his Master's degree in business at Florida Atlantic University. During those years, he became a state certified master electrical contractor while continuing his studies at FAU. Jay spent the prior ten years in the low voltage sector, managing a local security and communications company, and brings his many talents to M.E.S.

Ray Murdock, a former electrician, was educated through the Joint Apprentice Training Committee sponsored by the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. He also attended Palm Beach Community College for two years studying electrical engineering as his major. In 1998, he became a state certified master electrical contractor. Ray's strong points are his abilities to manage projects and partner with local contractors to get the job completed efficiently, within budget, and on time.

Tony Bontempo, also a former electrician with over 30 years of expierence, heads the company's service department. A vital player in the operation, he manages a team of service technicians, schedules service calls, interfaces with new customers as well as returning clients and many more tasks.

As Malone Electrical Solutions looks to the future, the vision has not changed since it's creation. Our mission is to be the best electrical contractor in the area, by providing top services and professionalism in all aspects of the company. From the electrician sent to perform the job, to the people in the office who handle scheduling and billing. We will not be outdone!
